I have a special place in my heart for rescues – having pulled two of my own dogs and four of my cats from various shelters. My first border collie, Skylar was adopted from the SPCA in Lahaska. One of my best decisions ever was to pull my rat terrier mix, Chica, from a shelter in Kentucky. The love and companionship all of these rescued animals have given back to me is priceless. Rescue dogs may need a little extra emotional support and interaction time while getting used to their new environment and potty-schedule. I am here to help with some extra play/walk time, potty breaks, and advice.
